What problem does BringMeOnline solve?
It gives ISPs a controlled way to make approved subscriber services reachable through public ports when subscribers are behind CGNAT.
Does it assign a public IP to every customer?
No. It provides port-level connectivity through an ISP-managed public IP and port pool.
Can it support TCP and UDP?
Yes, subject to ISP policy, application requirements, and validated network configuration.
Can an ISP create mappings through an API?
Yes. CRM, OSS/BSS, billing, portal, and internal workflows can call scoped APIs; customers do not have to use a separate portal.
How is the subscriber CGN address found?
The subscriber identity is associated with current RADIUS or approved ISP data. BringMeOnline does not need to inspect or store RADIUS passwords.
What happens when the CGN IP changes?
After synchronization, eligible active mappings can be reconciled to the new subscriber address.
How does A10 integration work?
An ISP can use approved AXAPI connectivity, an outbound-only local connector, or a version-specific deployment package.
Does it support every ACOS version?
Compatibility depends on A10 model, ACOS version, licensed features, topology, and ISP configuration. Validation happens before deployment.
How are public ports allocated?
BringMeOnline allocates from ISP-defined pools, prevents conflicts, and enforces tenant and subscriber limits.
Can mappings be suspended for billing status?
ISP integrations can apply service eligibility and suspension policy through approved operational workflows.
Can the ISP use its own portal?
Yes. The API is designed to let the ISP keep its existing customer experience.
Is there a sandbox?
Sandbox availability and scope are confirmed during onboarding so integrations can be tested safely.
